International items are posted via New Zealand post and do not include tracking. Sorry we will not be responsible for items lost in the post so If you would like tracking please contact me directly for a quote. 

Goods will ship within 2-3 business days unless specified and postage times may vary depending on location.

Free shipping within New Zealand when you spend over $100. Items will be sent via tracked courier. All other countries are capped at $15NZD. 

If you would like to return your items please contact me within 21 days of date of purchase. Hand dyed yarns are not able to be returned sorry so please choose carefully.
